- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 20 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 45 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
