A cocktail with vodka and pineapple juice.

- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 60 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 52.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — 7.5 ml

- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled, rimmed glass.
- To make the pie rim, wipe outside edge of rim with cream mix and dip into crunched up Graham Cracker.
