Jubilee Flip
A cocktail with Mexican mezcal and cherry brandy.

- गार्निश: If you wish, you can dust the top of the cocktail with confectioners sugar and quickly torch to create a very light brulee' but be care to not cook the egg foam.
- ABV: 21%

- Del Maguey VIDA mezcal — 30 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 30 ml
- Giffard Vanille De Madagascar (vanilla liqueur) — 15 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 whole

- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 5-7 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for another 12-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
