- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 45 ml
- Ricard Pastis — 2.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Fino sherry — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml

- MUDDLE cloves with rum in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
