- Allspice Jamaica pepper (ground) — 1 pinch
- Lime zest (peel) — 1⁄6 fresh
- Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- El Espolon Blanco 100% agave tequila — 60 ml
- Orange & fig bitters — 2 drop
- Orange flower/blossom water — 2 drop
- Freshly grated nutmeg — 2 grind

- Infuse lime peel, ginger, and allspice into orgeat.
- Add all ingredients and ice to shaker.
- Double strain into coupe.
