Honeysuckle Daiquiri
A cocktail with rum and honey syrup.

- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 20 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- If using honey rather than pre-diluted honey syrup, then STIR 3 spoons of runny honey with citrus juices in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
- Add the rum, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
