- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 25 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 12.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- . Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur — 5 ml
- Difford's Daiquiri Bitters — 4 drop

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and speared Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
