A classic cocktail with gin and sweet vermouth.

- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 45 ml
- Fernet liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) (optional) — 1.25 ml
- Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) (optional) — 2 drop
