A summer cocktail with Aperol and mint.

- Skinos Mastiha — 25 ml
- Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) — 25 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Prosecco sparkling wine — Top up with
- Mint leaves — 1 cupful
