- Green grapes (seedless) — 5 fresh
- Ketel One Vodka — 45 ml
- Sauvignon blanc wine — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white (optional) — 1 dash

- MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- SHAKE again with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
