A classic cocktail with amaretto and lemon.

- Bourbon whiskey — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Egg White — 30 ml
- Lemon (fresh) — 1 slice
- Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries — 1 whole

- SHAKE amaretto, bourbon whiskey, and lemon juice with one large ice cube for 12 seconds and strain back into shaker.
- Add 1 egg white and vigorously DRY SHAKE (without ice) for 12 seconds and free pour into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Pour into a Nick & Nora glass.
