A warm cocktail with whisky and cognac.

- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 7.5 ml
- Chilled water — 120 ml
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 50 ml
- Honey sugar syrup — 10 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash

- Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
- Discard contents of glass and strain stirred cocktail into the chilled glass.
