- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) (2 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Black pepper — 1 grind

- MUDDLE raspberries in the base of the shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
