- Pineapple (fresh) — 3 wedge
- Allspice Jamaica pepper (ground) — 1⁄2 spoon
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Giffard Salted Caramel Syrup — 15 ml

- MUDDLE allspice and pineapple in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
