A cocktail with flowers and herbs.

- Gin — 10 ml
- Lavender sugar syrup — 10 ml
- Elderflower cordial — 20 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 4 drop
- Merchant's Heart Tonic Water Spirit Enhancer — 100 ml
- Thyme sprig — 8 sprig
- Hibiscus Flower (Red) Petals — 2 dried

- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top with tonic and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
