The Elixir 66 is a cocktail with coriander and green chartreuse.

- Coriander / cilantro leaves — 1 fresh
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 30 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 7.5 ml
- Apple Schnapps liqueur — 5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 15 ml

- Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
