A refreshing cocktail with pineapple and rum.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 10 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.) — 15 ml
