A cocktail with ginger and tequila.

- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 2 slice
- Honey — 2 spoon
- Patrón Reposado tequila — 60 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 22.5 ml

- MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- Add honey and tequila, and STIR until honey is dissolved.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
