A cocktail with cognac and orange liqueur.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 20 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1 dash
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) (optional) — 2.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white (optional) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest twist.
