- Hazelnut liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 2.5 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 10 ml
- Bob's Vanilla bitters — 4 drop
