A refreshing cocktail with pineapple and ginger.

- Vodka — 60 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
