A cocktail with exotic notes of pineapple.

- गार्निश: Fresh or dehydrated pineapple spice & mint springs
- ABV: 9%

- Black Tears cacao & coffee spiced rum — 30 ml
- Pineapple verdita — 60 ml
- Pimento dram liqueur — 10 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with fresh or dehydrated pineapple and mint springs.
