- Irn-Bru — 20 ml
- Americano Bianco — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 10 ml

- Combine Caorunn Gin, Irn-Bru, Americano Bianco, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
