- Brewed cold black breakfast tea — 200 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 200 ml
- Lemon peel — fresh
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 200 ml

- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 30 ml
- Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat) — 200 ml
- Ketel One Vodka — 50 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

- POUR first 7 ingredients into a sealable container and leave to infuse for 12 hours in a refrigerator.
- HEAT milk until just starting to simmer and pour into the container containing vodka tea and juice mix.
- Reseal and chill for at least 2-3 hours.
