Christmas Tree Martini
A cocktail with gin and dry vermouth.

- गार्निश: Garnish with a stalk of rosemary, clapping it between your palms to release its fragrance. If you like a smokier, more intense aroma, light just the tip of the rosemary stalk with a lighter before serving, just so the tips catch fire for a moment; the scent is amazing.
- ABV: 18%

- Beefeater London Dry Gin — 45 ml
- . Dry Vermouth — 30 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
