Cherry Bourbon Sour
A cocktail with bourbon and cherry liqueur.

- Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 15 ml

- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 7.5 ml
- Aquafaba (chickpea water) — 30 ml

- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and DRY SHAKE (without ice) until mixture is foamy.
- Add ice and SHAKE again to chill the drink.
- STRAIN into a chilled coupe and garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
