- Roku Japanese Gin — 45 ml
- Agave Syrup — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Kaffir lime leaf — 2 fresh

- Muddle 2 Kaffir lime leaves gently with wet ingredients.
- Add Ice, shake until very cold.
- Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora Glass.
