- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 15 ml
- Daddy Rack Tennessee Whiskey — 45 ml
- Drambuie liqueur — 45 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 3 dash
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash

- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with water and leave to stand.
- Separately STIR whiskey, Drambuie and bitters with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice) and STRAIN stirred drink into empty absinthe-coated glass.
