Aperol & Rhubarb Fizz
A refreshing cocktail with rhubarb syrup and Aperol.

- Rhubarb sugar syrup — 60 ml
- Gin — 30 ml
- Aperol Aperitivo — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Soda (club soda) water — 60 ml

- Add rhubarb syrup, gin, aperol & lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with club soda or tonic water and garnish with a slice or wedge of lime.
