Andy's Penicillin cocktail
A cocktail with whisky and honey, served with Laphroaig.

- Blended Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 10 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- King's Ginger liqueur — 20 ml
- Egg White — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- Serve with a sprits of Laphroaig.
