- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) — 30 ml
- BÉBO Coffee Liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Giffard Sirop de Orgeat (Almond) Syrup — 7.5 ml
