A complex cocktail with multiple liqueurs.

- Rutte Old Simon Genever — 20 ml
- Jamaican aged blended rum — 15 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 15 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Chilled water — 20 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
