- . Amontillado Sherry — 60 ml
- Blended Scotch whisky — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pineapple sugar syrup — 12.5 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 1 spoon
