Adelaide Swizzle
A refreshing cocktail with rum and lime.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Difford's Falernum liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash

- POUR ingredients into chilled glass and half fill with crushed ice.
- SWIZZLE with a swizzle stick (or churn with a barspoon).
- Add more crushed ice to fill and SWIZZLE some more.
- Serve with straws.
