- Plantation 3 Stars rum — 60 ml
- Mezcal — 15 ml
- Lejay Liqueur de Banane (Banana) — 7.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Chili & pandan sugar syrup — 15 ml
איך להכין את זה
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- I use Habanero chili (red or orange) for the simple syrup.
- Infuse in a cup of boiling water and then add cane sugar.
