- Caorunn Gin — 60 ml
- *Ingrédient spécial #1 (voir ci-dessus) — 20 ml
- Brin de thym — 1 sprig
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 15 ml
- Blanc d'œuf — 15 ml
- Bitters d'orange par Angostura (facultatif) — 2 dash
Préparation
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
