Un cocktail avec de l'absinthe et de la menthe servi sur glace.

- Glace: Crushed ice
- Décoration: Brin de menthe
- Degré: 15%
Ingrédients
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 45 ml
- Anisette liqueur — 15 ml
- Chilled water — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
Préparation
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) and serve with straws.
