A cocktail with strawberries and cream.

- Koriste: Strawberry in rim crowned with tip of mint sprig.
- ABV: 13%
Ainesosat
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 3 fresh
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Giffard Fraise des Bois — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 15 ml

- MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
