• Egg White — 2 fresh
• Egg yolk — 2 fresh
• White caster sugar — 6 spoon
• Overproof pot still rum — 15 ml
• Cinnamon powder — 2 pinch
• Clove — 2 pinch
• Freshly grated nutmeg — 3 pinch
• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
• Havana Club 7yo rum — 15 ml
• Boiling water — Top up with

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. Pre-warm six toddy glasses with hot water.
2. Using a whisk, BEAT the yolks in a mixing bowl until thin as water.
3. In a separate bowl, use a whisk to BEAT the egg whites to a stiff froth.
4. Use a tablespoon to FOLD the frothy egg whites into the spiced yolk mixture.
5. To make individual drinks, top with boiling water.
