- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 fresh
- Single cream / half-and-half — 15 ml
- Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat) — 60 ml
- Monin Speculoos syrup — 30 ml
Kuinka valmistaa se
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Dust with grated nutmeg.
