Gingery Porn Star Martini
A cocktail with vodka and fresh passion fruits, topped with sparkling wine.

- Koriste: Passion fruit halve.
- ABV: 20%
Ainesosat
- Vodka — 60 ml
- Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 15 ml
- Passion fruit — 3 unit
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Cava sparkling wine — Top up with
- Le Sirop de Monin Ginger Sugar Syrup — 7.5 ml
Kuinka valmistaa se
- Cut two fresh passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves to a shaker.
- Add all the other ingredients (except for the cava).
- Shake it with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
- Top up with Cava Sparkling Wine and add the remaining passion fruit halve.
