- Bombay Sapphire Gin — 30 ml
- . Amontillado Sherry — 30 ml
- Sloe Gin liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
Kuinka valmistaa se
- Shake all ingredients with ice until shaker is frosty.
- Strain into coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
