A fresh cocktail with rosemary and gin.

- Lasit: Coupe glass
- Jää: Ice
- Koriste: Lime zest twist (discarded) & rosemary sprig
- ABV: 20%
Ainesosat
- Rosemary sprig — 1 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 45 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 10 ml
Kuinka valmistaa se
- MUDDLE rosemary in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
