An exotic cocktail with rum and port.

- Jää: Ice
- Koriste: float chunk of block ice (or ice cube)
- ABV: 16%
Ainesosat
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- Ruby Port — 15 ml
- Oloroso sherry — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
