• Caorunn Gin — 60 ml
• *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 25 ml
• Rose water — 5 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
• Egg White — 5⁄6 fresh

Πώς να το φτιάξεις

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
