- Patrón Silver blanco tequila (infused with tamarind) — 30 ml
- Martini Rosato — 60 ml
- Del Maguey VIDA mezcal — 5 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash

- Infuse 250 grams of chopped tamarind in 70cl tequila for 2 days.
- Strain through a 100-micron Superbag.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
