- Sockerlag (65.0°brix, 2 socker till 1 vatten rik lag) — 22.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
- Pastöriserad äggvita — 15 ml

- SKAKA alla ingredienser med is och sila tillbaka i shakern.
- DRY SHAKE (utan is) och sila ner i ett glas fyllt med is.
