- Coconut water — 120 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

- SHAKE all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
