• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

Kako to narediti

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
