Sestavine

• Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 75 ml
• Demerara / temni Muscovado sladkorni sirup (2 sladkorja na 1 vodo) — 10 ml
• Peychaud's ali drugi Creole-style bitters — 3 dash

Kako to narediti

1. STIR whisky with three ice cubes in a glass.
2. Add sugar syrup, bitters and two more ice cubes.
3. STIR some more and add another two ice cubes.
4. STIR a bit more, and if you have room, add more ice.
